Design Proposal & Sourcing Timeline
Based on your preferences and what's seasonally available, we create a detailed arrangement plan. We're upfront about what needs to be ordered internationally versus what we can source locally—matters for both cost and freshness.
Preparation & Quality Checks
Flowers arrive 48 hours before your event. Our team conditions them properly—trimming stems at an angle, removing lower leaves, placing in nutrient solution. We photograph everything for quality documentation. Boring but important.
Mobile Delivery & On-Site Setup
Our climate-controlled unit arrives 3-4 hours before your event starts. Setup typically takes 90 minutes for a 150-person reception. We place arrangements, make final adjustments to height and positioning, then quietly disappear before guests arrive.
